Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions of a corporate travel organization. The role is ideal for finance professionals with strong tax and compliance expertise and proven experience managing accounting teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting department and supervise a team of approximately 18 employees
• Manage monthly closing activities and financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, BIR requirements, and statutory obligations
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Develop internal controls and process improvements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a managerial role
• Preferably with experience in corporate travel, airline, hospitality, or tourism industries
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems is an advantage
