Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Head to lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management for a fast-growing food and beverage company. This role will work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
- Analyze revenue, operating costs, profitability, and business trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and expansion plans.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and identify business improvement opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the FP&A team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in FP&A or Management Accounting.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
