About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Costing & Financial Planning Manager to oversee cost accounting, operational finance, budgeting, and financial planning across our restaurant and FMCG operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead costing and financial planning activities.
  • Develop product costing models.
  • Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Review operational costs and margins.
  • Support executive decision-making through data analysis.
  • Improve costing accuracy and reporting.
  • Ensure financial compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders.
  • Lead automation and process improvements.
  • Manage and coach finance professionals.

Qualifications

  • CPA required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • 8+ years relevant experience.
  • Strong background in cost accounting and FP&A.
  • Restaurant, FMCG, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
