Management Accounting Manager – Restaurant Chain

Job Summary

We are hiring a Management Accounting Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a growing restaurant chain. The successful candidate will provide meaningful financial insights that support operational excellence, cost optimization, and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and business performance reviews.
• Analyze sales, operating costs, profitability, and financial trends.
• Partner with Operations and department leaders to improve financial performance.
• Evaluate business opportunities, including new store openings and expansion projects.
• Develop financial models and reports to support executive decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise and develop the Management Accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning.
• Experience in Restaurant Chains, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City, Monday to Friday.
