Job Overview

The Warehouse Finance & Inventory Manager oversees financial inventory controls while ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The role drives inventory optimization and supports business profitability through effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory reconciliation and warehouse financial controls.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and warehouse procedures.
• Analyze inventory performance and generate management reports.
• Coordinate inventory audits and cycle count activities.
• Improve warehouse inventory processes using SAP Business One.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to improve inventory accuracy.
• Supervise inventory control personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations or production management within FMCG.
• Background in warehouse or 3PL companies with inventory management expertise.
• Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and warehouse financial controls.
• Experience using SAP Business One.
