Operations Support Manager (Fast Food - Restaurant Chain)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Support Manager to provide operational and systems support across our restaurant chain. This role is responsible for improving business processes, optimizing restaurant systems, strengthening inventory controls, and supporting operational initiatives that drive consistent store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations through process improvement initiatives.
• Manage restaurant systems that support inventory and store operations.
• Coordinate system implementation, testing, and enhancements.
• Develop standardized operating procedures and documentation.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commissary teams.
• Conduct training and provide operational support to store teams.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations support, restaurant systems, inventory management, or business process improvement.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience supporting fast food, restaurant chain, QSR, or food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
