Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Automation Engineer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, develop, and enhance automation solutions that improve business efficiency and operational performance.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable automation workflows using leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism. Key Responsibilities

The Application Automation Engineer will design, develop, and optimize automation solutions that address specific business requirements and improve operational processes. Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development or implementation, with hands-on expertise in one or more leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, automation frameworks, workflow orchestration, and process optimization techniques is required. Candidates should have experience designing and implementing scalable automation solutions and integrating RPA tools with enterprise systems.

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages is preferred, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues effectively. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is also required.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments is essential.
