Job Overview

The Product Promoter is responsible for increasing product awareness and generating sales by actively engaging customers and conducting product demonstrations. The role requires confidence, energy, and strong persuasive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach customers and introduce products confidently
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits
• Encourage customer purchases and maximize conversions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain clean and visually appealing product displays
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
• Prepare sales reports and activity updates
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• Experience in promotions, retail, or direct selling is an advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Outgoing and sales-oriented personality
• Comfortable engaging with mall or retail customers
