Job Summary

We are seeking experienced US Registered Nurses (USRN) with an active New York RN license to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background in an acute care hospital setting and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to established clinical standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and document observations, treatments, and progress accurately.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs, changes in condition, and medical emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
  • Participate in care planning, patient advocacy, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted New York Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute hospital experience in any of the following areas:
    • Emergency Room (ER)
    • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
    • Operating Room (OR)
    • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS and specialty certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-volume acute care hospitals.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Strong teamwork, patient-centered care, and problem-solving abilities.
