Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic Management Accounting Head to oversee financial planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis for a rapidly growing restaurant chain. This leadership role partners closely with senior management to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Management Accounting function across restaurant operations.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
  • Analyze sales, operating expenses, margins, and profitability trends.
  • Provide financial recommendations to support pricing, promotions, expansion, and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve business performance.
  • Monitor financial KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
  • Develop and mentor the Management Accounting team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Management Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Strong experience in Restaurant Chains, Food Service, Retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
