Finance & Accounting Head (F&B/FMCG)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Head to lead the company’s finance planning, management accounting, and commercial finance functions. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and finance operations across multiple brands within a fast-paced F&B and retail-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience from leading FMCG, restaurant, or retail organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall finance and accounting operations for multiple business units and brands.
• Oversee management accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive financial performance management and profitability initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and financial analysis.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams in evaluating business performance.
• Oversee finance process improvements and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams.
• Support executive leadership on financial strategy and planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Must be a CPA or CMA.
• At least 10–15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong background in:
  • FP&A
  • Commercial Finance
  • Management Accounting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Retail/F&B Finance Operations
• Experience from established FMCG, QSR, retail, or restaurant groups is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical, strategic, and business-oriented.
