Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, taxation, accounting operations, and ERP optimization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations while driving operational efficiency across accounting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements
  • Lead tax compliance and corporate tax planning initiatives
  • Review statutory reports and regulatory filings
  • Manage ERP accounting modules and system improvements
  • Recommend process automation and workflow enhancements
  • Ensure effective internal controls and audit readiness
  • Supervise and coach accounting professionals

Qualifications

  • CPA is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience
  • Minimum 2 years leading an accounting team
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation
  • Experience with ERP platforms
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

3. Accounting and Tax Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounting and Tax Manager to lead the company's accounting operations while ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. This position also oversees ERP-driven accounting improvements and financial process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
  • Review financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Lead corporate tax compliance and tax planning
  • Coordinate external audits and BIR requirements
  • Manage ERP accounting processes and data integrity
  • Improve accounting procedures and internal controls
  • Lead and develop the accounting team

Qualifications

  • CPA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • 5–8 years of accounting experience
  • At least 2 years managing accounting teams
  • Extensive experience in taxation
  • ERP implementation or optimization experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
