Technology Advisory Senior Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Advisory Senior Associate to join our growing Technology Advisory team. In this role, you will lead and support consulting engagements focused on technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and business resilience. You will work directly with clients, coordinate project activities, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute technology advisory and consulting engagements across various industries.
  • Perform technology risk assessments, IT control reviews, and cybersecurity governance evaluations.
  • Facilitate client walkthroughs, workshops, and information-gathering sessions.
  • Prepare and review workpapers, reports, and project deliverables.
  • Develop and enhance information security policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with Project Managers to address risks, issues, and project updates.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants throughout the engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering quality consulting services and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, IT assurance, technology risk, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
  • Experience participating in or leading client consulting engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, risk management, or business continuity.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer Certification
  • ISO 22301 Certification
  • Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CPA is an advantage
