Job Summary

The Senior HR Manager – Business Partnership is responsible for delivering strategic HR support to business units by aligning people initiatives with operational and business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership teams while driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to department heads and senior leaders
• Manage end-to-end employee relations and performance management processes
• Develop and implement HR programs that improve productivity and engagement
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• Lead workforce planning and talent review discussions
• Monitor HR trends, metrics, and compliance requirements
• Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
• Strengthen employee experience and retention initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
• Must have prior experience in a Tech or IT company
• Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
