Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee accounting functions, tax compliance, ERP operations, and financial reporting. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Lead financial reporting and closing activities
  • Oversee tax compliance and government reporting
  • Support ERP implementation and optimization projects
  • Maintain strong internal controls
  • Improve accounting workflows through automation
  • Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • CPA license required
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong taxation experience
  • Hands-on ERP experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical abilities
