Job Summary

The Strategic Hiring Manager leads recruitment strategy execution and talent acquisition initiatives to support business growth and workforce expansion. The role is responsible for ensuring effective hiring delivery, talent pipeline management, and recruitment process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with business requirements
  • Lead sourcing and hiring activities for technical and leadership positions
  • Manage recruitment team operations and performance targets
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and HR stakeholders
  • Monitor recruitment analytics and hiring effectiveness
  • Improve recruitment systems, processes, and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Must come from a Tech or IT company background
  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing recruitment teams
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and technical hiring
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in fast-paced and high-growth environments
