Sales Manager

  • Location: Makati City, Metro Manila (Onsite)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

As the Sales Manager, you will spearhead our business growth by leading, mentoring, and driving a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will bridge the gap between complex technical innovations and client needs, nurturing high-value relationships with developers, consultants, and corporate accounts while collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver seamless, state-of-the-art smart building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team, coaching Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple business units and market segments.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, strategic sales plans to expand market reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key developers, hotel groups, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, and major corporate accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, technical, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technical proposals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and team performance metrics to ensure business objectives are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Architecture, or any related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Track Record: Proven success in enterprise, commercial, or project-based sales environments.
  • Core Skills: Outstanding leadership, business development, negotiation, and high-level relationship management skills.
  • Industry Domain Knowledge: Highly preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Systems Integration & ICT Networking
  • Professional Audio-Visual (AV) & Security/Access Control
  • Building Management Systems (BMS) & Smart Building/Home Automation
  • Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) & Hospitality Technology
  • HVAC, VRF, and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering systems
