We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager (CPA) to join our growing retail organization in Cebu City. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is currently holding a Finance Manager position and is ready to bring their expertise into a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead and supervise the accounting and finance team
• Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• Must be currently working as a Finance Manager
• Strong background in the retail industry
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
