About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Customer Lifecycle Management to oversee strategies that strengthen customer engagement throughout the policy lifecycle. This role focuses on improving retention, reducing lapses, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Develop initiatives to improve policy renewals and client engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and retention trends.
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Distribution teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across customer servicing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer lifecycle management, insurance operations, or customer experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within the insurance industry is highly preferred.
