Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale programs within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
The position is designed as a developmental role, providing exposure to program governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery oversight across multiple projects.


Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Assist in defining and communicating program goals, governance structures, and responsibilities across internal and client teams
  • Support the planning and execution of program activities to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives
  • Help coordinate multiple projects within a program, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met



Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and client teams
  • Develop an understanding of business objectives to support long-term engagement and satisfaction
  • Assist in managing communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency



Planning, Governance & Reporting

  • Support the development and maintenance of program documentation, including processes, budgets, and reporting tools
  • Assist in establishing governance frameworks and program controls throughout the lifecycle
  • Contribute to regular reporting on program performance, health metrics, and key updates



Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Identify potential risks and issues and support the development of mitigation strategies
  • Assist in managing changes to scope, timelines, and priorities as program needs evolve
  • Help resolve blockers and support conflict management across teams



Operational & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Support automation and continuous improvement efforts within program delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to improve execution and outcomes



Project-Level Support

  • Provide hands-on support to individual projects when required
  • Assist project managers and cross-functional teams in delivering program objectives



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in project or program management within a technology-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and workload management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders



Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, or consulting environments
  • Experience supporting large-scale or complex programs
  • Familiarity with structured and unstructured project management approaches
  • Experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder engagement
