RTR Specialist (Record-to-Report Specialist)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RTR Specialist to support end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, including closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 3 years of RTR or General Ledger experience
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or related industries
• Familiarity with ERP systems and month-end close processes

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Prepare financial reports and analyses
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Support audit and reporting requirements
