We are expanding our Financial Master Data team and hiring across multiple levels: Specialist, Professional, Team Lead, and Manager.

This role is critical in ensuring that financial master data across ERP systems is accurate, controlled, and compliant—supporting seamless transactions, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Master Data Management

• Create, update, and maintain financial master data (customer, vendor, GL accounts, cost centers, pricing data)
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
• Perform validations and resolve data discrepancies

Governance & Compliance

• Follow data governance standards, approval workflows, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements
• Support audit activities and maintain proper documentation

Process Execution & Improvement

• Deliver master data requests within agreed SLAs
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to process standardization and automation

Systems & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work within ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and IT teams
• Support system enhancements and issue resolution

Leadership Responsibilities (Team Lead / Manager)

• Lead and manage a team of master data professionals
• Oversee workload distribution, performance, and SLA delivery
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Drive governance, process improvements, and operational excellence
• Act as key liaison with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in finance operations, master data, or shared services environment
• ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience by Level:

• Specialist: Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Professional: Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Team Lead: Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Manager: 5+ years experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
