The QA Senior Manager leads and oversees all QA operations, ensuring that products consistently meet established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Designs, plans, and implements comprehensive quality assurance and food safety programs across the organization.
• Auditing & Review: Evaluates and analyzes the execution of QA programs and procedures across various operating units to ensure consistent compliance.
• Regulatory Coordination: Liaises with internal and external regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, LGU, and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Issue Management: Prepares and submits regular operational status reports, conducts audits on suppliers, toll processors, and depots, identifies areas for improvement, and promptly escalates and addresses critical product quality and safety concerns.
• Process & Facility Improvement: Recommends enhancements to testing equipment, facility upgrades, and operational workflows in collaboration with counterparts to drive quality improvement and process optimization.
• People Management: Participates in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation; reviews and adjusts staffing levels for operational efficiency; designs work schedules and job assignments; and assesses employees for promotion or regularization in accordance with QAD standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Must be a licensed Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or Chemical Technician
• At least 5 years of experience in Food Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Manufacturing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory and people management experience
• Must be based in or have close ties to Danao City, Cebu or surrounding municipalities
