Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support our banking operations account. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of banking operations, and the ability to engage learners in both virtual and face-to-face settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs
  • Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and classroom-based) aligned with business requirements
  • Facilitate discussions, role plays, and practical exercises to enhance learning retention
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees
  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps
  • Monitor trainee progress and endorse for certification based on performance standards
  • Support the development and updating of training materials and modules

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • 2–4 years of work experience in US/UK banking operations and training within a call center or shared services environment
  • Basic understanding of training methodologies for both virtual and face-to-face instructor-led sessions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to US or UK banking industry
  • Experience in underwriting and payouts processes
