Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support our banking operations account. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of banking operations, and the ability to engage learners in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs
- Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and classroom-based) aligned with business requirements
- Facilitate discussions, role plays, and practical exercises to enhance learning retention
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Monitor trainee progress and endorse for certification based on performance standards
- Support the development and updating of training materials and modules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- 2–4 years of work experience in US/UK banking operations and training within a call center or shared services environment
- Basic understanding of training methodologies for both virtual and face-to-face instructor-led sessions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to US or UK banking industry
- Experience in underwriting and payouts processes
