Associate, Financial Transaction Advisory

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Associate, Financial Transaction Advisory to support financial due diligence and transaction engagements within a dynamic advisory environment.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, or deal-related services who are looking to gain exposure to mergers & acquisitions, financial analysis, and strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
• Analyze financial statements, earnings trends, cash flows, and working capital
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, and industry assessments
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Identify financial risks, operational issues, and business opportunities
• Coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders during engagements
• Support transaction execution, project management, and reporting activities
• Assist senior team members in deal-related analysis and client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
• Strong financial analysis and analytical skills
• Experience in financial due diligence or transaction support is preferred
• Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Background from a professional services firm or Big 4 environment is highly preferred
