Audit Staff (CPA / Non-CPA)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Staff to join our Accounting Advisory Firm in Makati. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of audit engagements, evaluate financial records, assess internal controls, and support clients in achieving compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal and external audit engagements.
• Perform audit testing, financial analysis, and documentation.
• Review accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documents.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks.
• Prepare audit working papers, schedules, and reports.
• Assist in developing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding audit requirements.
• Support advisory and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• CPA or Non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply.
• At least 7 months of relevant audit experience.
• Experience in both Internal and External Audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
