Job Summary

The HR Capability and Leadership Development Manager is responsible for strengthening organizational capability through leadership development, workforce training, succession planning, and employee growth programs. This role plays a key part in building high-performing teams and future-ready leaders within a dynamic technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of leadership competency frameworks and career progression programs
• Design and implement learning interventions aligned with business transformation goals
• Manage leadership development initiatives for supervisors, managers, and high-potential employees
• Partner with HR and Operations leaders to identify capability gaps and training priorities
• Oversee employee development plans and succession planning initiatives
• Monitor training metrics, learning ROI, and organizational effectiveness
• Develop blended learning solutions including classroom, virtual, and e-learning programs
• Supervise training operations, facilitators, and learning vendors
• Ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with company culture and business objectives
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
• Must have experience working in a Tech, IT, Telecommunications, or Digital organization
• Strong expertise in leadership development and competency management
• Experience in handling enterprise learning strategies and employee engagement programs
• Excellent facilitation and project management skills
