Job Summary

The Senior Talent Pipeline Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for technical and business-critical positions. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and candidate engagement strategies to support fast-paced hiring requirements within the technology and telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing for IT, network, engineering, operations, and corporate support roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.
• Build talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers regarding sourcing priorities and candidate availability.
• Perform market mapping and competitor research within the tech and telco industry.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and sourcing documentation.
• Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to recruitment teams.
• Support recruitment branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Must have experience from a Tech, IT, or Telecommunications company.
• At least 3 years experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably for technical hiring.
• Strong background in candidate generation and passive sourcing.
• Proficient in sourcing tools, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
