The Registered Nurse will provide clinical and healthcare support services aligned with operational and quality standards. The role is responsible for delivering patient-centered support through documentation review, clinical coordination, and healthcare process assistance while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and patient care support services based on established healthcare guidelines.
Review and validate clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist in coordinating patient care activities and healthcare service processes.
Maintain compliance with local healthcare regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Support healthcare operations through accurate documentation and data entry into designated systems.
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders as needed.
Maintain quality, productivity, and service standards based on operational requirements.
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on healthcare practices and standards.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC RN) license (required).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate.
Clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of basic nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare documentation.
Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or operations environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare BPO, shared services, or medical operations support.
Exposure to documentation review, case coordination, or healthcare customer service.
Familiarity with healthcare quality or compliance processes is an advantage.
