Locations: Taguig City | Makati City | Laguna

We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our corporate clinic team and take an active role in emergency care, occupational safety, and employee wellness programs.

Key responsibilities: 

• Respond to medical emergencies, workplace injuries, and urgent cases
• Conduct patient assessment, triage, and initial treatment
• Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency intervention when needed
• Maintain and organize clinic supplies, medications, and equipment readiness
• Coordinate with hospitals, laboratories, and external healthcare providers
• Assist in pre-employment and annual medical exams (PEME/APE)
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and incident documentation
• Support implementation of OSH programs and workplace risk assessments
• Facilitate health education and employee wellness activities
• Handle referrals, follow-ups, and return-to-work cases

Qualifications: 

• PRC Licensed Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years Occupational Health Nurse experience
• Must have BLS or ACLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
• Must have BOSH certification from OHNAP or UP 
• Willing to work in a rotational shift
