Employee Communications Manager

Location: Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift

Job Summary

The Employee Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal HR communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, culture alignment, and organizational transparency. The role partners closely with HR and business leaders to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal HR communication plans and campaigns
• Create communication materials related to HR programs, employee engagement, policies, and organizational updates
• Manage communication channels including email communications, intranet, town halls, and employee newsletters
• Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure alignment of messaging across all employee touchpoints
• Support change management communication initiatives during organizational changes and HR transformations
• Drive employer branding initiatives internally in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams
• Monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics to improve communication effectiveness
• Ensure communication standards, tone, and branding consistency across HR initiatives
• Lead and mentor HR communications team members and external vendors when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Must come from a Tech or IT company environment
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Communications
• At least 3 years experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong background in internal communications, employee engagement, and change communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing communication platforms and digital employee engagement tools
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
