Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, optimizing the customer journey, and managing overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as website and marketplaces
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales analytics
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
• Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of online platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
