Accounting Manager (FP&A)

Position Summary

The Accounting Manager (FP&A) is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support business growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role works closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, performance insights, and recommendations that drive operational and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Prepare and analyze management reports, financial performance, and business trends
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions
• Support store expansion, business investments, and profitability analysis
• Partner with Operations and other departments on financial performance improvement initiatives
• Enhance reporting tools, financial systems, and internal processes
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and analysis
• Lead and develop the FP&A and Management Accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Financial Analysis
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting
• Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries is preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in financial systems, Excel, and reporting tool.
