Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead operational improvements, restaurant systems optimization, and inventory control initiatives. This role focuses on building efficient workflows, strengthening operational controls, and ensuring consistent execution across all restaurant and commissary locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence initiatives across restaurant operations.
• Improve workflows, system controls, and business processes.
• Monitor restaurant management systems and recommend enhancements.
• Lead inventory management, reconciliation, and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Develop SOPs, operational manuals, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Support RMS implementation and process automation projects.
• Conduct operational training and system orientation programs.
• Ensure operational compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations excellence, RMS, or process improvement.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong background in inventory control and operational systems.
• Experience in restaurant or food manufacturing operations preferred.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
