We are hiring for a highly motivated and driven Manufacturing Engineer Associate/Intern to join our team on a part-time basis for a duration of 3-6 months. In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to support our clients in their manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for our clients
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with the team to develop solutions and strategies to optimize production efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations
• Participate in on-site visits to client facilities to gather data and provide support
• Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes

Key Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
