Insurance Unit Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented and people-driven Insurance Unit Head to lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment initiatives, coaching team members, achieving sales targets, and expanding the unit's overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Advisors and sales professionals.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales, productivity, and recruitment goals.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Support advisors in delivering financial protection, savings, and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

• College Graduate; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or sales leadership.
• Proven experience in team management, recruitment, and performance coaching.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a passion for developing people and growing a business.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
